The IGNITE! Conference — Marketing + CX + AI is a day-long conference on Friday, April 19 at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. The conference will bring together marketing, CX, IT professionals and others to learn how artificial intelligence is affecting the practice and application of customer experience. IGNITE! will focus on best practices, proven tools, innovative ideas, and inspiring stories on how organizations can positively influence customer experiences with AI.
The IGNITE! Conference is presented by the Cincinnati chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA Cincinnati). It’s open to anyone who wants to attend.
Historically, many of our attendees have been marketing or CX professionals and leaders. However, since we are specifically focusing on the dynamic intersection of marketing, customer experience and artificial intelligence, we would like to extend the invite to all business professionals since this topic likely applies to everyone in any line of work.
IGNITE! 2024 is an in-person event on Friday, April 19 at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. It’s located in downtown Cincinnati near the banks of the Ohio River at 50 East Freedom Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
The conference will start with 8:30 a.m. morning registration with engaging presentations, lunch and a mini tour of the exhibits during the day. We’ll wrap up around 4:00 pm that afternoon with post-session networking, so keep your Friday afternoon calendars clear.
Single track. No FOMO – so you won’t wonder if attendees in the next room are sharing a secret code without you.
Expect real-world case studies and proven research from national organizations that will give you actionable strategies to apply in your own company.
