The IGNITE! Conference — Keeping AI Real in CX — is a day-long conference on Friday, April 19 at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. The conference will bring together marketing, CX, IT professionals and others to learn how artificial intelligence is affecting the practice and application of customer experience. IGNITE! will focus on best practices, proven tools, innovative ideas, and inspiring stories on how organizations can positively influence customer experiences with AI.
The IGNITE! Conference is presented by the Cincinnati chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA Cincinnati). It’s open to anyone who is interested in attending.
Historically, many of our attendees have been marketing or CX professionals and leaders. However, since we are specifically focusing on the dynamic intersection of marketing, customer experience and artificial intelligence, we would like to extend the invite to all business professionals since this topic likely applies to everyone in any line of work.
IGNITE! 2024 is an in-person event on Friday, April 19 at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. It’s located in downtown Cincinnati near the banks of the Ohio River at 50 East Freedom Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
The conference will start with 8:30 a.m. morning registration with engaging presentations throughout the day. Lunch will be provided. Your admission will also give you access to the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center’s permanent and traveling exhibits, where you can learn stories of freedom’s heroes, participate in interactive experiences and most of all, find inspiration through storytelling on social justice. We’ll wrap up around 4:00 p.m. with post-session networking, so keep your Friday afternoon calendars clear.
