Pamela Gilchrist, CEO of the Gilchrist Group®, serves as the Area Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A. She works with organizations to Optimize Outcomes™ and add impact to create award-winning brand growth strategies and increase customer engagement by combining emotional intelligence with business strategy.
She has held key leadership roles inside multiple Fortune 500 companies and consulted with organizations across the country including: Chick-fil-A, Time Warner Cable, Convergys, Cincinnati Bell, International Paper, Erie Insurance Group, The Olive Garden, Radisson Hotels, LJB, Inc., Greater Cincinnati Health Council and many more. Pam has earned numerous national and international marketing communications awards including the International Public Relations Association Golden World Award for customer communications.
Pam holds Universal Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), where she is a member of its Counselors Academy. She is a certified Enneagram personality style trainer, as well as a professional member of the National Speakers Association where she is past president of NSA’s Ohio Chapter. She holds a master’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Western Michigan University.
