Customer experience and brand enthusiast Jennifer S. Lee’s marketing career has spanned financial services, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals, where she has led product and brand marketing efforts across traditional advertising and digital channels.
As Senior Vice President of Brand Integrated Marketing at Wells Fargo, her team leads brand advertising such as their “Re-Established 2018” campaign, the most visible in the company’s 166-year history leveraging tv, radio, digital, social media, out-of-home, experiential and owned channels.
Jennifer’s passion for understanding what engages customers and builds strong teams stems from what were perhaps the most educational roles she held: waiting on tables, working in a call center and doing commission-based direct sales. Her experience leading the design and development of corporate websites and digital customer acquisition tools has also been influential in bringing an end-to-end view to understanding customer experience.
Residing in Charlotte, NC, Jennifer enjoys the mountains with her family and works with domestic abuse survivors and the non-profit Charlotte City Ballet Company.
