The IGNITE! Conference, now in its seventh year, brings together marketing, CX, and AI professionals to share best practices, proven tools, smart ideas, and inspiring stories on how to tap into VIBE Marketing, positively influence customers’ experiences to improve their interactions, and increase brand loyalty.
The conference promises to be a hands-on experience that will push you to up your game, motivate your team, strengthen your company’s results, and advance your career.
The Ignite Conference is presented by the award-winning Cincinnati chapter of the American Marketing Association and is open to anyone who wants to attend.
IGNITE! 2025 will take place in Cincinnati, September 25-26, 2025.
Thursday, September 25 at VML (302 W. 3rd, Cincinnati, OH) 3:00-7:00 p.m.

Friday, September 26 at Cintas Center 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (with BONUS sessions 7:00-8:00 a.m. and 4:00-5:00 p.m.)
The hours of the conference are 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 pm (Eastern Standard). There will be 30+ minute breaks between each session to allow you to absorb the VIBE, connect with fellow attendees, and focus better on the sessions. See the full agenda.
At IGNITE! 2025, you can look forward to a series of dynamic and deep conversations around the most relevant and important issues in marketing and customer experience.
